WHAT IS SHOWCASE AT HOME?
Showcase at Home is a novel service crafted by Cartrefs for their clients to experience and enjoy authentic shopping moments, such as touching and feeling a product, being assisted by sales executives, trying a product multiple times before deciding to make a purchase and so on, from the comfort of their homes.
Contrary to traditional online shopping sites, where you need to make pre-paid transactions to try an item on before purchasing it, Showcase at Home is a fresh approach to the Try and Buy sales model, in the sense that no pre-payments are required to avail this service. Moreover, our customers are assisted by sales executives and pay for the products only if they like them or return the products at their doorstep with no hassle.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Showcase at Home allows you to try out your purchases at the time of delivery, pay only for what you like and return the rest of the products on-the-spot to the sales executives. It ensures that orders are delivered in 250 minutes. For delays in deliveries for orders placed through Showcase at Home, Cartrefs will give the item of the least value in the order free to our customers as a token of our gratitude and appreciation. The maximum items in a single Showcase at Home order is five. There is a convenience fee of INR 150, which is waived off on the first five orders if a customer purchases any of the products.
We understand that sometimes our customers may have second thoughts about their purchases. Hence, we have added a caveat that allows our customers to return the purchased products within 48 hours of the order being delivered, provided the product is in its original condition.
STEP 1
Click the Home icon on the landing page of the Cartrefs website. Scroll down to the Get Started section, enter your pin code and click Activate on Catalog.
This will ensure that only the products that are available in your area are displayed to you.
STEP 2
You can browse available products and add them to your Showcase Bag and Confirm Order.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive details of your order via email and SMS. Our sales executive will arrive at your location within 250 minutes of order confirmation.
STEP 3
Our sales executive will wait for a maximum of 35 minutes as you try the products on, that is, 7 minutes will be allocated per product.
If you like any of the products, you can transfer them from your Showcase Bag to your Cart.
STEP 4
You can pay the sales executive either cash or via UPI or make online/digital payments on the Cartrefs website.
And voila! The products are yours to keep! Keep shopping!
