Exchange and Return Policy
• In case of damaged product ,If a customer chooses to exchange the item purchased by self on www.skorganic.co.in.in within the specified exchange period for the same, they will be provided with a replacement of the item, without any additional charges.
• Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes which are serviceable for an exchange. The courier charges for exchange will be applicable on actuals.
• An order exchange request can be placed within 2 days of receiving the product. The courier charges for exchange will be applicable on actuals.
• Once a customer has placed an exchange order, the product will be picked up by a delivery person on behalf of S.K.International. Post a quality check, the original product will be shipped to the seller, and the replacement product will be dispatched to the customer.
• Net amount paid by the customer, excluding instant cashback or discount, to purchase original item will be considered to calculate difference in amount of original and exchanged item which will be payable by you or refundable by S.K.International as the case may be, for an exchange.
• If a customer has purchased an item which has a free gift or offer associated with it and wishes to return the main item, then the customer will have to return the free product as well.
• An item cannot be exchanged in lieu of multiple products. A customer is allowed to select only a single item for exchange. However, a customer can exchange multiple items at a time by initiating separate exchange requests for each of the items.
• S.K.International will not be liable for the products returned due to a customer’s error. If an extra or a different product is returned due to a customer’s error, S.K.International would neither be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product nor could be held responsible for its delivery back to the customer.
• S.K.International shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on www.skorganic.co.in if a customer in any way breaches or misuses this policy, as deemed fit at S.K.International sole discretion.
• A customer can place a return request for a product by logging in to their customer account. After logging in to their account, a customer can click/tap My Orders in the menu, select the product to be returned, enter their details and create a return request.
• Once the request has been placed, our delivery executive will pick up the product from the address where the product was delivered within 1-2 working days.
• It is mandatory for items to be returned to be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• A product shall not be eligible for return if the tag is broken, or if the product is found to have been used while keeping the tag intact. Telling signs of such unfair practices are body odor/perfume lingering in the item, dirty or stained items, crumpled clothing items, amongst others.
• Once the seller receives the shipment, S.K.International will send a confirmation mail to the customer.
• Customers can track the status of their return request on the www.skorganic.co.in website after logging in to their customer account.
• In the event that a returned item is found to have been used, damaged, or original tags or MRP tags missing, it will be re-shipped to the customer. If a customer fails to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, the customer shall continue to be ineligible for the refund. In such scenarios, S.K.International assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund of the re-shipped item. For more information, please write to info@skorganic.co.in.
• A return request may be declined if the item returned by the customer is used, damaged, or original tags are missing. Under such circumstances, if the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund. S.K.International assumes no liability in this regard.
