Shipping and Delivery
- For regular orders the shipping cost for an item will be determined by high-end AI algorithm based on the distance between the seller’s location and the customer’s address.
- Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for regular orders . From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-3 working days for regular orders .
- Once you have placed your order, we will send you confirmation of your details via SMS and email. For all orders, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
- In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us. You can check the status of your order by clicking "My Orders" under "My Account" tab on the Cartrefs page after logging in to your account.
- In case of an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and there may be occasional delays in delivery.
